NIBP cuffs sized from neonatal to thigh — and the hoses that fit them
Non-invasive blood pressure looks simple until a department's readings drift: the usual cause is not the monitor but the cuff — wrong bladder size for the arm, a perished hose, or a connector borrowed from another platform. This range lists 123 products: reusable and disposable cuffs from neonatal sizes 1–5 through pediatric and adult to large-adult and thigh, single- and dual-tube, plus the air hoses and connectors that join cuff to monitor.
Cuffs here are organised the way biomedical teams stock them: by patient size first, then by tube configuration, then by the monitor-end fitting. Bladder size markings follow the standard sizing guidance printed on the cuff itself, so a replacement can be matched by the range printed on the cuff being retired.
Size is a measurement specification
A cuff that is too small for the arm over-reads; too large under-reads. The working rule is a bladder about 40% of arm circumference in width and about 80% in length, and every cuff in the range carries its arm-circumference range so selection is a measurement, not a guess. Neonatal cuffs are a separate sizing family (sizes 1–5 by limb circumference) and are stocked as soft disposable types for NICU use.
- Neonatal sizes 1–5 and pediatric cuffs
- Adult, large-adult and thigh cuffs, single- and dual-tube
- Reusable (wipe-down) and disposable (single-patient) lines
Hoses and connectors decide compatibility
Two cuffs with identical bladders can fit different monitors because the hose end differs — quick-connect, bayonet and threaded fittings vary by platform and generation. The hose range is stocked separately (single and dual tube, platform-specific ends) so a department can keep its cuffs and replace a leaking hose, or adapt an existing cuff stock to a new monitor fleet with the right hose instead of new cuffs.

Questions & answers
How do I choose the right cuff size?
Measure the patient's arm circumference and match it to the range printed on the cuff. When between sizes, follow your department protocol — sizing affects the reading, as explained in our cuff size guide.
Can I use my existing cuffs on a different monitor brand?
Often yes, with the correct hose: the monitor-end fitting lives on the hose. Tell us both platforms and we will confirm the hose.
Are neonatal cuffs reusable?
The neonatal range is stocked as soft single-patient cuffs, as is standard NICU practice.
