Most of this catalogue is standard product. This page is for the rest: the monitor with an undocumented connector, the device programme that needs a cable nobody stocks, the distributor whose market demands a different length, jacket or label. Custom cable assemblies are where the factory's structure pays off — cable extrusion is in-house, mould processing is in-house, and the mould library behind the standard range already runs to more than 2,800 tools.
The stocked connector range shows the breadth the custom line builds on: LEMO-pattern and BNC assemblies, 2 mm pin and 1.5 mm DIN safety terminations, multi-pin monitor connectors across thirty-plus platforms, and the adapter cables (SpO2, IBP, temperature) that began life as somebody's non-standard requirement.
What can be customised

How a custom build proceeds
Send the target device (brand, model, and a connector photo or sample if the interface is undocumented) and the electrical requirement. Feasibility and tooling are assessed against the mould library first — a large share of 'custom' requests turn out to be an existing connector pattern with a new cable or label. Samples are produced for your verification before bulk production; MOQ and lead time are confirmed per build in the quotation, since both depend on tooling.
